The Technical Discipline Kriyá (action) is more than a very demanding Yoga hygiene.
Its practice, among other objectives, aims to:
|Cleansing, hygiene, functionality and organic purification at all levels - Physical, Energetic, Emotional, Mental and Supra Mental;
The discovery and understanding of the functioning of organs, groups of organs and the whole set of organs;
The maximum jovial longevity of the organs, and of the human being;
The understanding and prophylactic practice of "better than detoxifying is not intoxicating".
NIn Kriyá - Toning and Organic Cleansing, we use various techniques, among them:
|The Trátaka - Kriyá for the eye globe, which allowa toning the muscles of the eye globes and improves visual acuity;
Kapálabhati Kriyá - allows an intense cleansing of the nasal airways;
Naulí Kriyá - a peristaltic abdominal massage, which allows a fast elimination of the body toxins.
